The D-Alu® rails are supplied in cut lengths matching the textile duct, packed with the necessary components and marked individually with exact indication of placement. KE Fibertec suggests the D-Alu® rail for rooms with high demands on finish and appearance and for KE-Interior® Systems with sharp angle bends. The specially developed locking profile system is well suited for both horizontal and vertical ducts. May be applied in rooms with difficult access. |

This rail is used to provide a competitive edge as an alternative to D-shaped systems in premises where the finish and appearance have high priority. This type of rail is also suitable where access is difficult. |

D-Safetrack® Suspension |

The D-Safetrack® rail is recommended for D-shaped systems with dimensions over D800 mm, for industrial purposes and in premisies where the ceiling's properties are unknown. The D-Safetrack rail is also recommended when free-hanging D-shaped systems are requested. The rail has a high level of rigidity, thereby keeping sagging to a minimum. |

Single Wire Suspension |

The wire suspension system is the most simple of the various suspension systems offered by KE Fibertec. Nowadays the wire solution is used almost exclusively for round ducts in particularly humid environments. Single wire suspension is used most often with duct dimensions under Ø630 mm |

We suggest that a single wire is used for diameters up to Ø 630 mm. For larger ducts double wire suspension is recommended. Wire is supplied 3 metres longer than the duct. For ducts exceeding 17m two turnbuckles per wire are supplied |

The Safetrack solution is the most elegant solution for round ducts. The safetrack rail is made from anodised aluminium, which is naturally approved for the food sector. KE Fibertec recommends a single - suspension Safetrack rail for ducts with diameters up to Ø 630mm |

The Safetrack solution is the most elegant solution for round ducts. The Safetrack rail is made from anodised aluminium, which is naturally approved for the food sector. Double - Suspension Safetrack rails are recommended for ducts over Ø 630mm. The Safetrack rail can alternatively be supplied as a triple suspension system - ie at 9 o'clock, 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions. |
